**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service to drive long-term satisfaction.
- **Sales Growth**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
- **Sales Process Management**: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

**Purchase Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**: Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company.
- **Order Management**: Manage purchase orders, ensure timely delivery of goods, and resolve any issues with suppliers that may impact production schedules.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and purchase roles, ideally in the Dairy manufacturing sector.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.
- Analytical skills for market and trend analysis.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
