As the partner to the Delivery Coordinator, Staging and Demand Planning, the Order Scheduler maintains proactive communication and interaction with the various departments regarding order status and changes. He or she contacts the appropriate employees directly on any matters regarding queries, problems, change decisions, or required information. He or she is responsible for contributing to profitability and customer satisfaction by: - Ensuring the orders are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner - Utilizing the (Order Status report, Booked 24 hours report, staging templates and the Inventory Allocation Report) to properly schedule, align and structure orders - Prioritizes Order scheduling request to ensure that customer delivery requirements and revenue objectives are not jeopardized or missed
