**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Service and Artistry**:

- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating professional makeup looks for daily wear, special events, and editorial styles.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat visits.
- **Sales and Brand Representation**:

- Represent the brand ethos by delivering exceptional service and embodying its values.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
- **Product Expertise**:

- Stay updated on the latest makeup techniques, trends, and products in the beauty industry.
- Offer expert advice to clients on skincare and cosmetics that align with their needs.
- **Hygiene and Professionalism**:

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, ensuring tools and workspaces are sanitized.
- Adhere to company protocols, health guidelines, and professional grooming standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Experience**:

- Proven track record as a Makeup Artist with work experience at brands like Sephora, MAC, Bobbi Brown, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio showcasing makeup artistry across various styles and occasion

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Expertise in makeup techniques, color theory, and skin types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and foster client relationships.
- **Flexibility**:

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
