**2. Appointment Scheduling and Management**
- Coordinate and manage bookings for makeup sessions, trials, and consultations.
- Maintain an accurate appointment calendar and avoid double-booking.
- Manage cancellations or rescheduling requests efficiently.

**3. Client Relationship Management**
- Build positive relationships with regular clients to encourage loyalty.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable makeup services or packages.
- Collect client feedback and share it with makeup artists for continuous improvement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them when necessary.

**4. Sales and Product Promotion**
- Promote makeup products and recommend after-care items available at the salon.
- Assist in upselling services such as bridal packages or premium sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of promotions and discounts and inform customers accordingly.

**5. Payment and Billing Management**
- Process payments through cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods.
- Issue invoices, receipts, or bills as needed.
- Manage daily cash flow and maintain records of transactions.

**6. Communication and Coordination**
- Coordinate between clients and makeup artists to ensure smooth operations.
- Inform makeup artists about any specific client needs or preferences.
- Keep track of makeup artist availability and communicate schedule changes.

**7. Inventory and Supplies Management**
- Monitor front-desk supplies like brochures, promotional materials, and stationery.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure retail shelves are stocked with products.
- Inform the manager when inventory needs replenishing.

**8. Administrative and Reporting Tasks**
- Maintain a log of daily appointments, cancellations, and walk-ins.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on appointments, revenue, and customer inquiries.
- Update client records and ensure the confidentiality of client information.

**9. Support with Events and Special Occasions**
- Assist in planning and managing makeup-related events, workshops, or promotions.
- Help manage bridal trials, photo shoots, or group bookings efficiently.

**10. Personal Skills and Qualities Required**
