We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive** **to join our dynamic team in Vasai.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all procurement activities for raw materials, components, and finished goods required for the manufacturing of instrumentation fittings and valves.**
**- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices.**
**- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid production delays.**
**- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with business requirements.**
**- Liaise with internal teams (production, quality, engineering) to understand material specifications and ensure compliance with company standards.**
**- Track and manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery times, and cost-effectiveness.**
**- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.**
**- Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to confirm and track the receipt of materials against purchase orders.**
**- Coordinate with the accounts department to pass the bills/invoices for payment after verifying delivery and materials received.**
**- Assist in supplier audits, quality control, and resolving any issues related to procurement.**
**- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all purchasing processes.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).**
**- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing role within a manufacturing or mechanical engineering industry, preferably in instrumentation fittings and valves.**
**- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, and vendor management.**
**- Experience with GRN creation and invoice verification.**
**- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.**
**- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.**
**- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.**
**- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
