**Digital Marketing Executive**

A Marketing Executive in healthcare retail and digital marketing would develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services, attract new patients, and enhance brand visibility. They would manage both traditional and digital marketing channels, collaborating with other teams and staying abreast of industry trends and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans:
Create and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the healthcare retail setting, incorporating both online and offline channels.

Manage digital marketing initiatives:
Content creation and management:
Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and website, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and targets the appropriate audience.

Campaign management:
Plan, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and achieve targeted outcomes.

Market research and analysis:
Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the healthcare retail sector.

Collaboration and communication:
Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and maintain strong communication.

Regulatory compliance:
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines.

Reporting and analysis:
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including ROI and key metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions and track progress.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, with experience in healthcare or retail preferred:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles:
Proficiency in analytics tools:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and ethical standards:
Knowledge of relevant software and platforms:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
