**JOB DESCRIPTION:

**1. Process Type** - Outbound calls to existing customers support to inform them about the benefits and features available to them. Please note, this is not hard core sales role but rather a relationship
- building process.

**2. Skills required**- A minimum experience in the BPO industry, not necessarily in sales. Experience in relationship management, customer service, sales or renewals of Insurance is acceptable.

3. Fixed Shifts and six working days.
