We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern with a flair for video content editing and social media marketing. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience through compelling video content and strategic social media campaigns. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Content Creation & Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with brand messaging.
- Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and special effects to improve video engagement.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster online community engagement.
- **Marketing Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and video campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or equivalent).
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic marketing landscape.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in social media marketing or content creation (internships or freelance projects count).
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
