**Roles and Responsibilities of the Architect (B. Arch Degree required)**:
**Location: Malad West**

**Experience: 6 months to 5 yrs experience**
- Review and design architectural and engineering plans.

execution of Greenfield (i.e. Open land) and Brownfield (i.e. already

sq. ft.
- Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety

regulations.
- Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines,
- Ready to meet clients online/offline for first meetings
- Monitor the work of other Architects and making recommendations

or scheduling workshops as required.
- Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and

electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
