**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and inquiries regarding vehicle service and repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians to understand vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
- Prepare and present detailed service estimates, including costs for parts and labor.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department’s daily workflow.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
- Address customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Encourage feedback to improve service delivery.

**Qualifications -**
- Minimum Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven customer relation’s skills both in person and over telephone.
- Proven ability to communicate and determine customer’s needs and to sell the dealership’s parts and service capabilities based on features, advantages and benefits.
- Basic automotive knowledge and experience.
- Good communication skills (listening, questioning).
- Good time management skills.
- Able to asses vehicle damage and make proper repair estimates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
