- Responsible for VIL_INDIA Mobility Enterprise (IOT) network & customers. Work as a Engg for
- any network and service related faults. Ensure uptime and customer SLA as per the agreed
- target.
- Responsible for Mobility Enterprise IOT, customer proactive fault monitoring and
- identification.
- Responsible to managing end to end testing for customers in Vodafone as well as customer
- environment.
- Responsible for raised case with vendor or cross functional team to resolve the issues.
- Understand different type of solutions/flavours offered for VIL Mobility enterprise customers.
- Highlight Impact analysis to business teams in case of major fault related to Mobility
- Enterprise (IOT),
- To manage VBS Enterprise customers fault management and restore services in agreed SLA &
- TAT.
- Responsible for identification, problem analysis and implementation of corrective actions for
- Mobility enterprise (IOT)
- In case of proactive and reactive fault responsible for correct impact analysis.
- To provide 24 x 7 L1 support to Emergency & critical incidences for P2P operation across VI
- network for Enterprise customers.
- Daily FM level tasks on assigned TTs and coordination with respective teams and customer to
- ensure minimize down time.
- Excellent knowledge about SMS flow & connecting interfaces for Fault Management &
- Configuration Management.
- Understanding & functional knowledge interdisciplinary network (STP, P2P, HLR, SMSC).
- Checking and analysing logs & traces Access logs, SM logs, SMS logs.
- Provide technical support for testing & implementation during new Enterprise customer on
- boarding to M2M/IOT platform.
- Supporting to Change Management teams for smooth and fault free MW during network
- changes.
- Maintaining tracker for reported fault on daily basis.
- Good Call flow understanding of CS and PS core.
