Maintain and organize physical and electronic patient records.
- Ensure all medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with healthcare laws
- Safeguard patient privacy by following proper protocols for record access and storage.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of patient data.
- Input and update patient information, including medical history, diagnosis, treatments, and test results.
- Ensure timely entry of records
- Correct and update patient data when discrepancies arise.
- Respond to requests for patient records from authorized individuals or departments, ensuring quick access while maintaining confidentiality.
- Retrieve and provide medical records for physician consultations, legal matters, or insurance claims.
- Assist patients with accessing their own medical records when needed
- Prepare and review medical records for audits or legal purposes.
- Ensure timely and proper destruction of outdated or unnecessary records in compliance with retention schedules.
- Work closely with healthcare providers, physicians, and other hospital staff to ensure the accuracy and availability of medical records.
- Assist with the training of new staff on procedures related to medical records management.
- Participate in department meetings to discuss workflow improvements and regulatory changes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
