- 7. Ensure periodic checking and manpower planning one day in advance for daily jobs.
- 8. Proper Job planning for shutdown jobs.
- 9. Spare parts planning for major shutdown jobs as well as fulfilling day to day basic requirements.
- 10. Analysis of major / minor breakdowns and plan corrective actions accordingly.
- 11. Interaction with OEM and suppliers for elimination of critical equipment problems.
- 12. Execution of all the major jobs during shutdowns.
- 13. Planning of contractor jobs to be carried out and raise service work order accordingly.
- 14. Attending coordination meeting regularly for discussion of plant performance on day today basis, collecting related feedback from internal customers, communicating subordinates and assure for the execution of corrective actions
- 15. Training to the workmen through workers development programs and onsite training programs for skill upgradation.
- 16. Planning and procurement of advanced good quality tools and tackles for fast execution of jobs.
- 17. Daily monitoring of equipment health and maintaining records.
- 18. Maintaining proper housekeeping and following good maintenance practices.
- 19. Prepare Budget for KILN 1&2 area.
- 20. Monitoring expenditure with respect to budget. Classification of most critical and less critical and general spares.
- 21. Monitor stores inventory reduction, standardization and optimization
- 22. Monitoring of contract cost comparing with last year expenditure.
- 23. Close monitoring on workers overtime.
- 24. Planning of spare parts and raising indent for procurement as per requirement. Identification of maintenance cost reduction parameters.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Mech. Engg.,B.E./B.Tech (Dist Education)

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-7 Years
