**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-Way Bill Management**:

- Prepare and manage e-way bills for dispatch and stock movement in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure all shipments are accompanied by the correct e-way bill before dispatch.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Conduct stock audits regularly to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Record stock movements and update the system accordingly.
- **Dispatch Process**:

- Prepare and organize orders for dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely and safe delivery.
- Ensure proper labeling and scanning of packages.
- **Excel & VLOOKUP**:

- Use Excel to track and manage warehouse data (inventory, dispatches, e-way bills, etc.).
- Create and maintain reports related to stock, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Use VLOOKUP and other functions to manage large sets of data efficiently.
- **Tally Management**:

- Update inventory and stock levels in Tally software.
- Assist with financial reconciliation and reporting related to warehouse activities.
- **Scanning and Documentation**:

- Ensure all products are scanned and recorded accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements and dispatches.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and dispatch confirmations.
- **Bike Requirement**:

- Must own a bike for transportation purposes to assist with deliveries or stock transfers, as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and basic formulas).
- Knowledge of Tally software for inventory management.
- Familiarity with e-way bill generation and dispatch procedures.
- Basic understanding of warehouse scanning and stock management systems.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Must own a bike and be willing to use it for work-related tasks.
- Basic knowledge of dispatching and stock management processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
