**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor computer systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and report any malfunctions or technical problems.
- Prepare and manage reports related to system performance, downtime, or issues.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration.
- Maintain and organize computer files, databases, and logs.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
- Assist in setting up and configuring hardware and software for employees.
- Coordinate with IT teams to perform system upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide basic technical support to staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or HSC Pass.
- Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar technical support role.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Familiarity with network operations, backups, and data recovery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
