**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and manage inbound calls to assist with inquiries.
- **Quick Response and Problem-Solving**: Demonstrate quick thinking and a high IQ response to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Rapidly learn and retain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer queries.
- **Customer Behaviour Management**: Display patience, empathy, and professional handling of different customer personalities and behaviours.
- **Customer Data Management**: Record accurate customer details and responses in the CRM system or Google Sheet/Excel to maintain a well-organized database.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
- **Follow-up and Retention**: Execute follow-up calls for customer satisfaction and retention purposes.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Identify sales opportunities, promote products, and upsell where appropriate to meet targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone based on customer interactions.
- **IQ and Adaptability**: Quick thinking and adaptability to respond to diverse customer inquiries in real-time.
- **Product Learning**: Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex product details efficiently.
- **Empathy and Patience**: Capable of managing customer behaviour calmly and respectfully in high-stress situations.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Experience with CRM systems for logging and managing customer data is a plus.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Ability to meet targets and contribute to team sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or telesales.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English,
