**Role Specifics**

The Product Manager position is an individual contributor role. The person in this role will work with stakeholders across various teams such as the Software core services team, DCX team, Hardware team, in order to build, launch and evangelize Tesseract Cloud services and API’s and functionality that will serve as key backbone infrastructure for the various other layers and components in the Tesseract MixedReality Ecosystem.
This role requires good technical chops and a deep understanding of cloud technologies and building services, and exposing functionality as REST API.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Define Cloud services product features, road map and product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner, that span across key JioGlass customer journeys, aligning with tech and non tech partner teams on priorities, and resource commitments.
- Conduct Market Research : Build, leverage strong processes to stay connected and gather feedback from various stakeholders both within Tesseract and outside that mould the roadmap.
- Understanding and Using Analytics
- Draft strong business cases that is backed up by data and financial analyses to justify the roadmap o Define and put in place processes to quantify and measure various API product metrics that measure adoption and usage.- Engage, communicate, and collaborate with various stakeholders including Software core services, DCX team, Hardware team and other teams within Tesseract to understand their requirements, objectives, to drive new cloud Cloud services capabilities based on the long-term product vision, cloud API end consumer needs, and organisational priorities.
- Manage the product lifecycle from inception through to execution, launch, and landing. Specifically manage the Cloud services, interfaces and API, implementation keeping in mind excellent integration capabilities, with the API-as-product mindset.
- Articulate mocks and use cases that describe consumer experience in sufficient detail

- Project manage new benefit/experiment A/B testing scenarios with a variety of tech and non tech stakeholders to gain insights into product behaviour
- Communicating and Collaborating with Stakeholders:

- Participate and contribute in overall business strategy and planning with senior leadership and Product Owners
- Monitor day to day performance of rolled out initiatives and report the same to senior leaders
- Ability to juggle core API building exercise vs dealing with non core tasks like custom integration work, handling security and privacy requirements- Ability to balance between building visionary features vs core features today that consumers really want
- Lead future looking product initiatives to build next generation Cloud services partnering with other Tesseract teams, that will help Tesseract Ecosystem to evolve to meet consumer needs of tomorrow.

**Qualifications**
- B.E / M.E / B.Tech or equivalent or MCA or MBA from reputed universities with a consistently good academic record
- 6+ years of experience inProduct or Program management experience leading a software preferably cloud services, ideally in high performance / distributed computing space.
- Experience working within an agile software development team, leveraging experimentation, and prototyping while continuing to measure and iterate.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail. Mid level or more expertise in data manipulation tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau etc.
- Ability to think strategically and prioritise in an ambiguous environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English including experience reviewing results with senior management.
- Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
