Job Title: Back office Associate
Work Type: - Work from home
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Should have worked / experienced in B2B environment.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Good communication skills ( Hindi, English) ; oral, written and presentation
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must have experience in CRM management
**Job Role: -**
- Ensure timely execution of data and generate evaluation samples on tool.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them according.
- Track and publish monthly usage for billing.
- Self Driven and Motivated for creativity and learning
- Coordinating with client and Internal Teams
- Should be Flexible in shifts as per customer requirements
- Should have hand on Presentations skills and able to prepare presentations
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
