We are hiring for **Customer Support Associate** for a **Backend Process(EMAIL SUPPORT)**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in banking processes, including back office support for financial transactions.
- Strong understanding of Banking Processes and Back Office Support.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

**Eligibility**:

- **Excellent English** communication skills is required.
- **Only Graduates** can apply.
- **5 days working** with rotational shifts and off.
