**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented **Sales Executive** with proven experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry. The role involves building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering a premium in-store experience that reflects the brand's values and prestige.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage professionally with walk-in and returning customers, offering a bespoke buying experience that meets their style and budget preferences.
- Understand and effectively communicate product features, purity standards, pricing, and value propositions across gold, diamond, and precious stone categories.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, merchandising, and hygiene in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a strong client database through networking, referrals, and follow-ups to drive repeat business and high-value transactions.
- Support showroom operations, including billing, inventory management, and compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with a solution-focused and brand-aligned approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of new products, design trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to position the brand competitively.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in jewellery sales or luxury/lifestyle retail.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High integrity, grooming standards, and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic computer operations.
- Fluency in Hindi and English preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and festive periods.
