- Engine Mechanical & Functional Testing**A purpose driven role for you**
- Have basic knowledge of 2Wheeler vehicle and specialized knowledge to conduct Mechanical & Functional trials for higher cc engine.
- Able to lead complex trials on engine for developing Power pack, lubrication, breathing, Air/Oil& water-cooled systems, Hydraulic Valve train.
- Able to prepare and execute detailed and concrete plan for engine system development
- Perform Failure root cause analysis & take countermeasures on all engine issues
- Experience in defining DVPs and executing the test items and reports releases.
- Guide team to make/modify SOP for testing.
- Monitor Vehicle trials for engine service parameters.

**A Day in the life**
- Conduct functional tests and endurance tests for model development.
- Develop the durability trials matrix focusing specific engine issues, wear analysis of critical parts.
- The skill of Observation and Orientation are must.
- Can negotiate with different departments and risk mitigation
- Agreement of a plan and a record, process of how to advance it work or accomplishment
- Present the engine development status ensuring with transparency and ownership.
- Interact with inside and outside organization stake holders to achieve the deliverables timely
- Identify the issues during the test activities and complete them timely with reports
- Able to make detailed and concrete plans for the execution of tasks.
- Ability to discover problems and Problem-solving ability.
- Timely report release and strong documentation for all trials
- Ensure Formal reports and documentation
- Complete the engine development activities meeting CTQ parameters
- Lead the engine trials for engine mechanical and functional development
- Able to identify and address the problems (including addressing market defects).
- Identify and document correct root cause and countermeasure.
- Make scheduling and completing test schedules on time

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B.Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics)- Or- M.Tech ( Mechanical / Mechatronics)**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Have knowledge of overall vehicle and specialized knowledge to conduct engine mechanical and functional development work - lubrication system, breathing system & water-cooled system etc.
- Able to make DOE and concrete plans for the execution.

**Behavioural Skills**
- Can Communicate, negotiate with different departments.
- Know the endurance test items and impact on engine parameters.
- Can make new test procedure for testing.
- Understanding of engine functional requirements for customers.
- Read drawings and understand parts inspection reports
- Good presentation skills
