Whom do We Need?
We are Seeking a Salesforce Consultant with 10+ years in Sales or Service Cloud, expertise in migration projects, architecture design, Flow, LWC, and strong communication skills. Experience with Einstein Bots is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and document scalable architectural designs tailored to business requirements.
Ensure alignment with best practices in Salesforce architecture.
Design and implement Flow and LWC components to support business processes.
Customize Salesforce to meet organizational needs, enhancing system functionality.
Lead or contribute to Salesforce data and process migration projects.
Ensure seamless transition while maintaining data integrity and performance.
Design and deploy Einstein Bots to improve customer engagement and streamline service processes.
Continuously optimize chatbot functionality based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver solutions.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality standards in solution delivery.
Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and suggest improvements accordingly.
Qualification
10+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience in Flow and LWC development.
Proven expertise in migration projects.
Ability to create and maintain design and architecture documentation.
Experience with Einstein Bots is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Platform Developer are a plus.
Able to Work in UK Time Zone (2 PM - 11 PM IST)
