Whom do We Need?
We are seeking an SFDC Data Cloud PM to lead the design and implementation of SFDC Health Cloud solutions. You will define data strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure continuous improvement of the data platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
Defining, documenting and operating overall data strategy, including schema definitions, system contracts, security, compliance and SLA’s.
Evangelize data strategy among stakeholders such as business users and various data teams through design, documentation, review
Responsible for operational excellence of Data Cloud Platform including change management process, SDLC and CICD
Own and implement technical roadmap for continuous improvement of data platform, including tech stack upgrade, cost optimization and compliance requirements.
Own and operate automated operational test cases for performance, security and reliability of data platform
Qualification & Requirements
5-7 years of total experience, with relevant experience in SFDC.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SFDC and Data Cloud.
**Good to have**: Experience with SFDC Marketing Cloud and other SFDC cloud offerings.
Proven experience in architecting and designing SFDC Health Cloud solutions.
