**Job Title: Tele Marketer**

**Location**: Coimbatore, India

**Salary Range**: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (based on experience)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Office-based

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads.
- Utilize scripts to communicate the institute's offerings and benefits to prospective students.
- Gather relevant information and maintain a database of potential students.

**Conversion**:

- Engage with leads to understand their requirements and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about the Data Science training programs offered by Black Board Learning.
- Effectively address queries and concerns to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to enrolled students.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrolment.

**Performance Measurement**:

- Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and students.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Experience**: Proven experience in telecalling or sales roles, especially in the education sector, will be an advantage.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any additional languages will be a plus.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential students.

**Target Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and handle objections effectively.

**Computer Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
