**Roles and Responsibilities**

About the role:

- The operations delivery function is at the core of processing every customer financial transaction.It links risk management and control processes to help protect the organizations assets andreputation. Operations staff work closely with the other divisions - as well as external clients (asrequired) to help facilitate smooth delivery of business and fulfilment. This includes processing,servicing, accounting, reporting functions, and customer service. Communicates within theorganization department managers/officers to promote efficient and correct workflow, establishpositive working relationships across the organization/intra and inter departments.- Key Responsibilities:

- As Credit Bureau Reporting Remediation Manager, you will be responsible for supportingaccount corrections and remediation actions required to drive compliance with regulatoryrequirements related to accuracy in Credit Bureau Reporting.
- Act As Owner and Champion Customers through remediation of identified data anomalies todrive consistency and accuracy across all credit bureau reporting platforms (e.g. Fiserv, DM10,Vision+)
- Timely and accurate correction of data anomalies from a variety of information sources,
- including but not limited to credit reporting agencies, issue reviews, surveillance findings, andupstream processes that feed reporting accuracy across our ecosystem of lenders
- Responsible for driving closed loop reporting on identified data anomalies that were resolved(either corrected or deemed a false positive), including evidence of the correction and/ordocumentation of the false positive assessment
- Improve FTR and ensure 100 % DQR across lending partner ecosystems
