As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with personnel and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. **What You'll Do**:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor for unusual activity or security-related hazards within the location, particularly in areas related to the aerospace and defense industry.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal.
- Document incidents and observations according to site protocols and Allied Universal standards.
- Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific procedures.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
