We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Zuora Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and performance of our billing systems. As a QA Specialist, you will focus on the end-to-end testing of our Zuora platform, including integration with Salesforce and various payment gateways. Your expertise in test methodologies, both manual and automated, will contribute to the flawless execution of our billing solutions, directly impacting our company's success.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts.
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to improve the overall product quality.
- Understand and analyze detailed business requirements to create appropriate test strategies and plans.
- Provide feedback to developers and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.
- Provide estimates for test activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in QA testing with a focus on manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with the Zuora billing platform and a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Experience with Zuora API and basic knowledge of Zuora workflows.
- Familiarity with payment gateway integrations and transactions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, particularly in its integration with Zuora.
- Solid understanding of the Zuora Order lifecycle, including accounts, contacts, invoices, order creations, and payments.
- Ability to understand end-to-end flows involving Salesforce CRM and order provisioning.

**Desired Skills**:

- Certification in Zuora and/or Salesforce is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

**Tools and Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in test management software and QA methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting is desirable to facilitate test case validation.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Understanding of software release processes.
