About the Job:As a Salesforce Developer in Motive's Enterprise Systems team, you will be working with the team that is building and maintaining systems used by our Customers and internal Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support and Finance teams. You will be responsible for implementing scalable Salesforce related technical solutions that will significantly impact Motive's growth and global expansion. What You'll Do: Develop efficient and quality code supported by Salesforce platformUnderstand the scope & timeline of a program assignedShould be proficient in understanding and working in an integrated CI/CD spaceCollaborate with the cross functional team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertiseConducting product demonstrations in Sprint Reviews, presenting technical solutions through POC as applicable and requiredActively participate in scrum ceremonies Have a strong bias for action to respond to Production disruptions of any kind and resolve them as they happen.Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom developmentWrite maintainable code with extensive test coverage, source control, adherence to release cycles, and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.Work closely with technical SMEs to analyze the business needs and design tailored solutions using Salesforce products and platform capabilities. This may involve customizing Salesforce applications, integrating third-party systems, and architecting scalable solutions that meet customer requirements.Offer recommendations for optimizing and enhancing existing Salesforce implementations to maximize business value.Active participation in maintaining Production Quality, Tech Debt Control and DevOps procedures & processes Contribute to technical documentationStrong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices. Participate in training programs, certifications, and industry events to expand knowledge and expertise in Salesforce technologies.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)7+ years of Salesforce application development experience Salesforce CPQ certification, Platform Developer I certification or higher level certification.Expert in CPQ, LWC, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavascriptExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Experience Cloud; Commerce Cloud experience is preferredHands-on experience in implementing and executing CPQ solutions.Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API Extensive hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party and external systems.Practical experience leveraging GitHub Copilot to enhance coding efficiency and productivity.Experienced with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning componentsProficient in CI/CD DevOps procedures, GitHub, GearSet.
