Production Supervisor

1) To meet the daily production plan by effective utilization of the resources.
2) To issue job card for operations.
3) To manage and control over all production to meet the day to day production target.
4) To allocate job for the production personnel and ensuring the planned quantity is achieved.
6) To conduct daily morning meeting to review the previous day’s performance and follow up for pending actions if any.
7) To monitor and measure the skill of the operators and initiate & conduct the training for suitable action to improve the skill.
8) Responsible for providing suitable environment for work and report management for needs.
9) To analyze the daily in house rejection, identify corrective action and follow up to achieve the result against the target on rejection.
10) To manage consumables and tools required for daily production in unit-1.
11) To continually improve the production process in terms of Productivity, quality, resources and safety of the operating personnel.
12)13) Responsible for on-time delivery of product.
14) To submit daily production report to GM.
15) To plan for production and controlling the activities to ensure the customer requirements are met.
16) Maintaining the records of the stock in unit-1 & submit report to director.
17) Projects handling as and when required.
18) Coordinate with other units for raw materials supply and support.
Maintenance of the entire plant
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Production management: 4 years (required)
- Production planning: 4 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Production experience, preferred in packaging industry (required)
