Job Title: Production Shift Supervisor

As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process during your designated shift. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities:
1. Leading and supervising production staff to ensure the timely and accurate completion of manufacturing tasks.
2. Collaborating with the production manager to develop and implement production plans and schedules.
3. Monitoring and assessing production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality regulations and standards.
5. Providing training and support to production team members to promote skill development and enhance overall performance.
6. Identifying and resolving production issues in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Understanding of industry regulations and best practices for safety, quality, and efficiency.
