**Responsibilities**:

- Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to enhance nursing practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving patients and equipment as needed.
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity for performing nursing procedures.
- Stamina and resilience to handle the demands of the nursing profession.
