**If you are a young woman with proficiency in Kannada and are excited by adolescent girl empowerment, then we invite you to be part of this team.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To actively engage with schools in Bengaluru, to assist and facilitate the adolescent empowerment curriculum.
- To build and maintain good rapport with teachers from project schools, follow up with them when necessary.
- Document learning sessions and events periodically.
- Plan logistics and strategies with the team.
- Travel to project locations to participate in project activities.

**Required skills, competences and attitudes**:

- Proficiency in **Kannada (Speaking and Writing)**:

- Working knowledge of English.
- Interest in working on gender-related issues and social change.
- Proficiency in using computers, office suite, and enthusiasm to learn new digital skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, and be a team player.
- Willingness to work based on the needs of the project.

**Along with the above, preference is given to the following**:

- If you have Kannada typing knowledge
- If you belong to marginalised or minority communities.

**Remuneration will be in line with prior experience and qualifications.
