**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right clothing items and provide product knowledge to facilitate their purchase decisions.
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance the store's reputation.
- Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their needs and preferences.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately using billing software and maintain cash registers.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout to attract potential customers.
- Keep the store inventory updated and manage stock levels to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct periodic customer feedback sessions to understand their preferences and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and recommend products that match customer tastes.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a clothing or retail store.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations; familiarity with billing software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- High energy level and a passion for sales and customer service.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a customer-centric approach

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
