**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation and presentations.
- Support the onboarding of new associates by providing necessary historical documents, facilitating a seamless transition through easy access to essential information.
- Manage all employees and business process compliance activity for the entire company.
- Analyze all in-force contracts to make sure that each client is getting what they paid for.
- Collaborate with the management team to make sure that the entire company is aware of compliance requirements and issues.
- Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
- Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for compliance issues.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Relevant experience of 1 year into compliance.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical skills, industry knowledge, collaboration skills, adaptability and

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Thane, MH 40060: Relocate before starting work (required)
