Job Description: As a Retail Promoter, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and enhancing the customer experience within retail environments. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, and driving sales through effective promotion and demonstration techniques. Working closely with the retail team, you will contribute to the overall success of the brand by increasing visibility, brand awareness, and product knowledge among consumers. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and passion for our products will be essential in achieving our sales and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and identity of our brand and products. 2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations. 3. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting key selling points and unique selling propositions. 4. Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. 5. Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including specifications, pricing, and promotions. 6. Collect and report customer feedback, insights, and sales data to management to inform decision-making and improve performance.

Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus. 2. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotional roles preferred. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer engagement. 6. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
