**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily management of hub order, acceptance, return, inventory ,quality & loss prevention.
- Oversee the seamless transition of goods from pick-up to customer deliveries on-time, in-full, and in good condition.
- Analyze all problems and performance to prepare reports and purpose solutions for solving problems, cost control and improve work efficiency.
- Manage the team of the Delivery Executives
- Training & management of DAs
- Liaison with other team leaders, hub manager & other operation team
- Champion absolute customer satisfaction by working closely with our Customer Service Team.

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:
Good communication skills, hub operational awareness & management skills

Basic computer knowledge (Word ,Excel, Google Sheet & G-mail)

**Gender**: Male only

**Laguage**: Assamese, Hindi

**Experience**: 0-1 year in Hub Operations ,Logistics Industry or related field

**Salary**: 12k-15k

**Monthly Duty**: 28days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
