**Job Title: Driver Recruiter & Foreman**

**Location: Panvel / Bhiwandi**

Job Responsibilities:

- **Driver Recruitment**:

- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified drivers to join our team.
- **Driver Onboarding and Training**:

- Coordinate driver onboarding processes, including paperwork, training, and orientation sessions.
- Provide training and guidance to new drivers on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all new drivers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Driver Management:

- Oversee the daily activities of the driver team, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Address any driver concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- **Fleet Management Support**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient management and utilization of company vehicles.
- Assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies while operating company vehicles.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or concerns.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance among the driver team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in driver recruitment and management, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry **(32 feet-closed container vehicles)**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with drivers and team members.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements and **in-depth Road & route knowledge.**:

- Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams to achieve goals and targets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
