**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design + Construction)** to join our growing training team. If you're passionate about sustainability and have a proven ability to lead engaging, results-driven training sessions, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of green building professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **live virtual training sessions** for the **LEED AP (BD+C)** course.
- Mentor and support students in preparing for and successfully passing their LEED certification exams.
- Update and refine course content to align with the **latest LEED standards and industry best practices**.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster an interactive, engaging, and learner-centered virtual classroom experience.

**Schedule Requirements**:
**Weekdays**: 8:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST over 11 days

**Weekends (preferred)**:Sundays,**9:00 AM - 4:00 PM IST over 5 weekends

**Requirements**:

- **LEED AP (BD+C)** certification is **mandatory**. Additional LEED specializations are a strong plus.
- Minimum of **15 years of industry experience** in sustainability, green buildings, or related roles.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a professional learning environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex content.
- Committed to fostering a culture of **environmental responsibility and continuous learning**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
