We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Onboard Sales Team for Real Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding real estate agents to our platform, ensuring they understand the tools and services we offer, and guiding them through the initial process of joining and utilizing our system. This is a target-based position, where success is measured by the number of agents successfully onboarded and the quality of your interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and onboard real estate agents by explaining our platform's benefits and how it can enhance their business.
- Work closely with new real estate agents to guide them through the onboarding process, providing training and troubleshooting support as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective onboarding strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for onboarding real estate agents.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new agents, addressing any challenges and answering questions promptly.
- Monitor and manage the onboarding pipeline, maintaining accurate records of each agent's progress.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with agents to ensure they remain engaged with the platform and understand the tools available to them.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track interactions and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with real estate agents.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet targets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases, and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and its technologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,638.32 - ₹25,137.01 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
