Job responsibility
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for solar projects.
2. Build relationships with clients, developers, EPC companies, and system integrators.
3. Conduct site assessments and analyze data to determine feasibility of solar projects.
4. Develop and present proposals, pitches, and sales materials to clients.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing).
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the solar industry.
3. Proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong knowledge of the solar industry, solar energy solutions, and industry trends.
6. Proficient in CRM software.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with solar design software, such as PVsyst or Helioscope.
2. Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
