**Eligibility**
- Should have min 5 years of experience in UI & Web Design
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Detailed knowledge of web design elements, aesthetics of the overall website design, and a great sense of colors, layout, & fonts.
- Knowledge of user experience optimization and adaptive design (desktop, tablets, and smartphones)
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe XD, and others
- Experience in Creative Design (Graphic Design) is an added advantage.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Audits our existing websites and web pages and recommends and implements new web standard design elements.
- Ensure our existing websites are updated-to-date with recent design benchmarks set by Google.
- Plans and executes new webpage designs that are appealing to the target audience.
- Recommends and executes site navigation to funnel traffic through content.
- Coordinate with copywriters and web developers to design new web page/landing pages and graphic designs such as banners, icons, and web elements)

**Salary**: Up to ₹691,016.06 per year
