Cleaning ducts, filters, and coils. Checking for refrigerant leaks and replacing them. Lubricating moving parts. Fixing drainages and ensuring proper water flow. Repair: Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions. Identifying the root cause of problems, including electrical and mechanical faults. Replacing or repairing damaged or faulty components. Performing emergency repairs promptly.
