**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide team members technically wherever they need technical support, particularly with Node.js, React.js and JavaScript technologies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing software development projects, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Good to have**:

- Experience with cloud technologies and deployment processes.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
