We are hiring the Call Center Executives, to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about products and services.

Job Location : Aluva, Ernakulam

Job Responsibilities;
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, orders, and general assistance related to automobiles, products, and services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback on customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, features, specifications, pricing, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to help improve products, services, and processes.

Profile Requirement;
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service, communications, or automotive technology is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Basic understanding of automobile technology, features, and functions; ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and technical tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
