We are Hiring Tele Sales Executive - Male Candidates Only Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to engage with potential customers over the phone As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls providing information about our products services and helping to generate sales or lead opportunities Key Responsibilities Make Outbound Calls Reach out to potential customers to inform them about products services answer inquiries and follow up on leads Inbound Call Handling Answer inbound calls providing relevant information and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner Customer Relationship Management Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship through regular communication and follow-ups Achieve Targets Meet or exceed daily weekly or monthly call quotas and sales targets set by management Provide Product Information Educate potential customers about the benefits of the product or service answering any questions they may have Data Collection Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to identify trends and improve service delivery Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam fluency required and basic Tamil ability to understand and converse is required Ability to engage with customers address their needs and influence decisions Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance metrics and sales targets Basic computer skills Strong listening skills and patience Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree is a plus Previous experience in telesales Knowledge of the industry or market you will be calling into How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to careers retech gmail com Or 7305101198 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
