AGS Irrigation are a agriculture Irrigation equipment manufacturing firm, is been in this industry for more than 40 years, looking for agriculture field officers and paperwork related updating in the system on day to day work basis with Design, layout and follow up on the process

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Assistant and Admin Executive at AGS Irrigation in Chennai. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to agriculture, irrigation, and administrative duties.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design and make the drip irrigation system that will best suit the area.

*Carry out field surveys on farms to understand the landscape before installing the drip irrigator

*Advice on proper drip irrigation systems.

*Installation of pumps and turbines. *Plan and suggest efficient drip irrigation systems.
- Help in improving the water and soil conservation methods in the farm.

*Advice on changing topography if need be.

*Teach the farmers about the various types of drip irrigations and which ones will give them high yields.

*Derive and create information that will help farmers irrigate their farms.

Skills and Specifications:

- Good understanding of soils and water conservation.

*Ability to establish and maintain good and healthy working conditions with fellow farm workers.

*Be able to read and interpret instructions and write simple reports.

**Qualifications**
- Education background in Agriculture or related field
- Excellent organizational and administrative Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus
- Design, layout designing, Placing quotation on the irrigation field is an added advange
- has Knowledge on the agriculture schemes in Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
