**We are urgent looking for Assistant QC Manager.**

**Experience**: 3-4years

**Education**/**certifications**: Diploma/ Bachelor degree in engineering is required

**Preference** : From Glass processing industries only (outside Gujarat)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customers expectations

Create awareness of quality standard and requirement across plant(Operators, helpers & Supervisors) with training, display of Do's
- Don't, comparison of acceptance / non-acceptance with images identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times.

Execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards by ensuring in-process-final & surprise process audits

Record finding and relay this information to the production team
- Checklist, Rejection analysis etc.

Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality along with CAPA.

Make crucial decisions in favor of cost
- efficiency without compromising on quality

Making & adhering Quality Assurance Plan(QAP) and handling Third party Inspection(TPI)

Making Master list & sustaining calibration of all measuring instruments

Proficient in computer technology and systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Able to positively influence others & great team player with strong interpersonal skills
