Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the effective Responsible for printed product quality, which covers incoming inspection of raw material, in-process inspection, and final inspection of the product.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital, flexo, and offset printing processes and their challenges.
- Coordinate with different raw material suppliers which majorly covers inks and varnishes so as to mitigate day-to-day challenges and focus on required quality improvements.
- Able to communicate with different Internal / External Customers to resolve product complaints as well as for new product development.
- Should be able to drive the zero-defect system for printing including validation until downstream processes and to carry out direct liaison with OEMs and intra-region teams.
- Identify and drive projects to eliminate defects, reduce variation and improve printing quality.
- Accountable for Calibration and maintenance of instruments as per laid down procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Accountable for all assets and instruments in the organization,

**Required Skills**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Printing Engineering.
- 3-7 years of Experience in the Printing industry
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.

**Salary**: ₹10,484.24 - ₹18,000.43 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
