Support IT operational processes, including incident management, change management, and service request fulfillment.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of IT processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze IT process performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Respond to and resolve IT process-related inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and participate in IT process audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience.
- Assist in the implementation of IT process improvements, including the development of new workflows and tools.
- Provide training and guidance to IT staff on IT processes, tools, and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT process management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in IT process management, IT operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and IT service management processes.
- Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT process issues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting IT processes and procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- ITIL Foundation certification or other relevant IT certifications is a plus.
