**Responsibilities**:
Create visually appealing layouts for a variety of printed and digital materials, including brochures, Trophy designing, Mockups, and promotional materials.

Ensure that the design elements, fonts, and colors are cohesive with the organization's brand guidelines.

Typography and Formatting:
Expertise in typography and text formatting to enhance readability and visual appeal.

Ensure consistency in font usage, spacing, and alignment across various materials.

Image Editing:
Edit and enhance images to be used in print and digital collateral.

Work with high-resolution images and graphics to maintain a professional and polished look.

File Preparation:
Prepare and optimize files for print and digital distribution, considering different output requirements and formats.

Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of materials.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and goals.

Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain design consistency across projects.

Software Proficiency:
Proficient in industry-standard DTP software such as Illustrator, corelDraw and Photoshop.

Stay updated on software updates and industry trends to ensure optimal performance.

Quality Control:
Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to identify and address any errors or inconsistencies.

Ensure that final designs meet the highest standards of quality and align with project objectives.

Qualifications:
2 years of Proven experience as a Desktop Publishing (DTP) Designer or a similar role.

A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of print production processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
